Submit analysis
Provide phage display peptides and a monomer PDB structure to map conformational epitopes.
Typical runtime: a few minutes
Phage display peptides One peptide per line · Cys-constrained libraries supported
Please type or paste your phage display peptides in the following order:
CQMWAPQWGPDC
CKLYWADGELTC
CKLYWADGEFTC
CVDYHYEGTITC
CVDYHYEGAITC
Example: TestEp, MyProject1
10 for 7-mer, 12 for 12-mer libraries.
Minimum value 5.0. Higher values restrict patches to larger surface areas.
Allowed mismatch: 1 to n−2. Default is 3.
Do not upload a protein complex; use a monomeric structure only. Use a simple filename, e.g. ABCD123456XYZ.pdb.
